Much has been made of the clash between the Greeks and the Persian. Some claim that it was not merely a series of military engagements between two ancient civilizations, but a clash of cultures, a fundamental struggle between two societies.

Is there any evidence to support this? Or has the significance of the war been exaggerated in modern years?

    It is interesting

Cultural differences were also a reason of this clash. As these culturas were so different.
