You may only become a Member if you are 18 years or over.
You can choose over 3 different packages (Silver, Gold, Charter Membership) paid monthly, 6-monthly or yearly.
You do not have an automatic entitlement to Membership and Classical Wisdom Ltd may, at its sole discretion, elect to:
- refuse your request to become a Member; or
- once Membership is granted, suspend, terminate or restrict your Membership at any time.
In the event of termination of Classical Wisdom Ltd, Classical Wisdom Ltd shall refund all fees paid by the Member for months not yet used in the subscription period.
Your Membership is non-transferable.
Once Membership is granted you will be able to access areas of the Site with use of the username and password you set up at the time you become a Member.
You are responsible for each and every access or use of the Site that occurs in conjunction with use of your username and password.
You must use all reasonable efforts to keep your username and password confidential.
You must not allow any third party to access the Site using your username and password and make use of the Site on your behalf.
You must notify Classical Wisdom Ltd by email as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Member Account, username or password.
You are not permitted to share, distribute, or publish any content made available to you as a Member.
You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for, and will indemnify Classical Wisdom Ltd, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees against, any and all claims made by a third party arising out of your access to, and use of, the Site as a Member.
Renewal
Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your membership will be renewed automatically – as stated in the invoice you will receive once registered. You can also check your renewal date in your Account settings.
Refund Policy
Membership is refundable for the first 30 days from purchase. Afterwards, it is a nonrefundable membership.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging in and then going to ‘Subscription’ and selecting ‘Cancel’. Cancellation will prevent your subscription from renewing. However, you will continue to have access to the member material until the last day of the term you paid for.
