It can be a bunch of flowers she really likes or a surprise birthday party, a dinner or lunch treat, a spa or saloon voucher. But if you’re asking abt materialistic things, a nice hand bag, or a picture frame, a nice scarf, a watch, wallet, accessories. If she is a reader then a good book would be nice too.
