Some time ago I began to understand that the most important thing is the security of the system. Any store will not work if it has poor security.
To be honest, I haven’t noticed many people changing Magento to something else. It’s a pretty popular tool, and there’s no good reason to change it. I develop websites myself, and I really like it. You can ask what’s gdpr module?, and to understand all shipping rules its aspects, I would recommend reading an article about it.
