Obtaining a visa to travel to Russia is an extremely difficult task that requires long-term planning in advance. The process of applying for a visa to Europe involves pre-approved visas 90 days in advance, which is still difficult to obtain.

Our previous story tells us about the difficult, confusing and expensive steps that you have to go through in the process of obtaining a Russian visa in 2015. Novice travelers are also in a hurry for their summer! Due to the urgency, it becomes difficult to cope with the requirements of the Russian Embassy when applying for a visa before leaving the country of residence.

Russian visas must be obtained before arriving in Russia. I also advise you to visit the Russian visa service. After receiving the issued tourist visa, you will be able to enter and leave Russia within the period specified in your visa, up to 3 months without any extension, unless otherwise agreed by the immigration officers at the ports of entry. Without a valid visa, you cannot travel outside the transit zone of Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport. The best travel conditions must be accepted prior to arrival at the Venzava border crossing with Belarus (rail, road or plane), the Turkish Straits (Marmara Sea or Bosphorus) and Ukrainian border crossings (plane).
